Does billing and shipping address have to be the same?
Yes, billing and shipping addresses must match. If they do not match, your order will not go thru and your order will be canceled and not processed.

Does your hair shed or tangle?
Yes, it’s normal to experience minimum shedding especially if the hair has been bleached or dyed.
Do you sell samples of your products?
No, we do not sell sample products

How many bundles do I need?
We suggest 2 bundles inches 12 to 14 with or without a closure for a full density bob sew-in. A closure could be needed for a wig and or unit.
We suggest 3 bundles inches 12 to 20 with or without a closure for a full density sew-in. A closure could be needed for a wig and or unit.
We suggest 4 bundles inches 22 to 30 with or without a closure for a full density sew-in. A closure could be needed for a wig and or unit.

No, we do not have a retail store
Should I wash my bundles when I first receive them?
Please note that when you receive your bundles they have been co-washed by a Just Good Hair expert. However, if you would like to shampoo the hair when you receive it, that is definitely ok.

Yes, we do. You can purchase your hair using Klarna. With klarna, you are able to pay in 4 installments. You can also purchase the hair with PayPal and they have their own buy now pay later program.
